Award: Robarts’ Cellular and Molecular Imaging Group wins “lab of the year” at the World Molecular Imaging Congress

The Cellular and Molecular Imaging Group (CMIG) at Robarts Research Institute was voted as the lab of the year at the 2019 World Molecular Imaging Congress.

As part of the award for the competition, the lab received a recently released professional promotional video which captures the important research conducted by Robarts scientists, including Paula Foster, PhD, CMIG Lab Director, as well as Tim Scholl, PhD and John Ronald, PhD.

Since 2015, the World Molecular Imaging Society has showcased abstract authors who contribute outstanding research happening in scientific labs on a global scale, through the "This is Our Lab" competition.

The CMIG was selected from among 20 labs worldwide which entered the competition that year, based on the votes of WMIS members in attendance at the Congress in Montreal.
