The London Regional Genomics Centre is a genomics lab core facility established by Dr. Robert Hegele in 2002 and located at Robarts Research Institute. The LRGC is generously support by the Robarts Research Institute and the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry. The facility provides state-of-the-art genomics services on a fee-for-service/cost recovery basis and offers Next-Generation Sequencing on the Illumina MiSeq and NextSeq platforms, full plasmid sequencing using Oxford Nanopore Technologies MinION, single cell and spatial transcriptomics using 10x Genomics, data analysis, qPCR and Sanger sequencing.
