| Post-Doctoral Fellowship Position
The Madrenas laboratory has one fellowship opening for an individual in
the early stages of postdoctoral training. The position is to study
novel early and late regulatory mechanisms of human TCR signaling and T
lymphocyte activation, both in vitro and in vivo, using cutting-edge
genetic, biochemical, and pharmacological approaches. Recent
publications representative of our work are: J Exp Med 195: 1337, 2002;
Mol Cell Biol 23: 8042, 2003; Immunity 18: 459, 2003; J Immunol 172:
222, 2004; J Immunol 172: 5948, 2004.

Positions to Pursue -- PhD in Immunology
The Madrenas laboratory has two openings for individuals interested in
pursuing a PhD program in Immunology, specifically in the areas of
regulation of immune cell activation. Our research programs provide an
excellent environment for learning and discovery in cutting edge
research areas (signal transduction, molecular Immunology,
Immunogenetics, Cell Biology, Biochemistry) and technology (advanced
protein biochemistry, structural and molecular biology, confocal
microscopy, genomics, proteomics). Recent publications representative

The applicants should be recent graduates with superior academic
