Trainee receives 2018 Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship
PhD Candidate Jason Lee, a trainee at Robarts Research Institute, is among the recipients of the 2018 Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarships, the Government of Canada’s most prestigious scholarships for doctoral students.
Supervised by Robarts scientist Dr. Geoff Pickering, his research proposal is entitled, "Sirtuin 6 and Inflammatory Vascular Diseases".
Valued at $150,000 over three years, the Scholarship is awarded to doctoral students who demonstrate strong leadership skills and scholarly excellence in social sciences, humanities, natural sciences, engineering and health sciences.
